Check Warren 24-Hour Releases

A Warren County 24 hour release list would show who left local custody during the most recent day. The official county channels reviewed do not publish that rolling feed. To check who was released in the last 24 hours, use the sheriff's jail-docket and booking/release record, then confirm whether the event was a community release or a transfer. Vicksburg arrest reports can identify the booking episode, but they cannot prove an exit. The right fallback depends on whether the person was held by the sheriff, Vicksburg police, state corrections, or another agency.

Warren 24-Hour Release Records

As of the research date, the Warren County Sheriff site had no verified 24-hour release page, current roster, booking archive, release filter, or update schedule. A release list cannot be reconstructed by sorting arrest dates. An arrest and a bond release later that day are separate events, and the city arrest PDF supplies only the first.

The sheriff is the county jailer and keeps a jail docket. That official duty makes the docket and related booking/release entry the best local source. Ask for the actual exit date and time, authority, release type, and transfer destination. A disappearance may mean MDOC, another county, USMS, or ICE received the person.

No official Warren County 24-hour feed was found. Confirm the exact event through the custodian's release or transfer record.

Check Warren Releases Today

A same-day check starts with the agency that handled the booking. Warren County Jail records belong with the sheriff. A short VPD booking belongs with VPD and the City Clerk. State prisoners use MDOC, while federal and immigration holds require separate systems.

  1. Use the official VPD arrest archive only to locate an arrest number, date, charge, and episode.
  2. Call the Sheriff's Office at 601-636-1761. Ask whether the person left or transferred.
  3. Request the jail-docket entry, booking record, and release or transfer record.
  4. Check the correct court order for bond, dismissal, sentence, or time served.
  5. If transfer is reported, follow the receiving agency's system.
  6. Compare agency numbers and dates before merging any records.

For one known name outside a rolling window, the Warren County released inmate search gives the full custody decision path.

Warren Daily Release Fields

Because Warren County has no verified online feed, these are request fields, not claims about a web table. Ask for enough detail to distinguish a true community release from a change in custodian.

Requested fieldWhat it establishes
Name and agency numberThe person and exact booking episode
Booking date and timeEntry into that custody episode
Actual exit date and timeWhen the person left that custodian
Release authority and typeBond, court order, time served, completion, or another basis
DestinationCommunity release or receiving agency
Linked case and bondThe court trail tied to the event

Release date alone is not enough. It needs a source and event label. “Transfer” means custody continued. “Bond” means the case may remain active.

Request Warren Release Proof

Contact the Warren County Sheriff's Office at 1000 Grove Street, Vicksburg, MS 39183-2539, 601-636-1761, Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:00. No sheriff online form, published release-record fee, or fixed turnaround was verified. A written request should give the name, aliases, booking number, and narrow date range. Ask for the jail-docket page, actual exit time, release authority, and destination.

For VPD, use 820 Veto Street, 601-636-2511, police@vicksburg.org, during the same weekday hours. VPD says a processing fee of at least $10 may apply. That city fee is not a sheriff fee. If any record part is withheld, request segregable nonexempt portions and the statutory basis.

Note: The Warren County 72-hour releases page uses a wider date range for weekend events.

Warren Release or Transfer

Departure from Warren County Jail is not always freedom in the community. A person may transfer to MDOC, another county, federal custody, or immigration custody. Ask the sheriff to name the receiving agency and time. A still-in-custody record shows a current location within its own system. A released record should identify the exit and whether supervision began.

The MDOC inmate search includes a Tentative Release Date, not proof of a Warren jail exit. The parolee search can show supervision. SAVIN/VINELink can send release or transfer notices from participating sources, but the source agency should confirm them.

Bonded Out in Warren County

VPD's Booking Officer description says staff compute release dates, schedule pretrial interviews, and release prisoners when bail is posted. Vicksburg also explains that arrest may lead to confinement until a magistrate sets bond and it is paid. “Bonded out” means the person left under bond terms, not that the charge was dismissed.

Verify the physical exit in the VPD or sheriff record and the legal basis in the court bond docket. Another hold may prevent community release even after bond is paid.

Warren Arrest Reports Need Proof

The official Vicksburg arrest archive gives arrest leads, not release proof. It lacks actual exit time, release reason, destination, and continuing custody.

Carry the arrest number into the sheriff or VPD request. The second record supplies the outcome.

Warren Release Apps Are Unverified

No county-endorsed jail app or sheriff-only release stream was found. Same-named Warren counties in other states can produce misleading results. Require Mississippi identification and official endorsement before treating an app as local.

A wrong-state roster is not a fallback. Use the agency tied to the actual custody path.

Match Warren Daily Release Identities

Use the booking or arrest number as the main key. If only a name is known, compare the full middle name, aliases, age or date of birth, arrest date, charge, and booking agency. A photograph can help separate records, but it may be old. Do not use resemblance as the only match.

Dates must carry a source and label. The VPD arrest date marks the start of an episode, while the sheriff's actual exit time marks the end of county custody. An MDOC Tentative Release Date is a state estimate. If the values conflict, report the conflict to the agency instead of choosing the date that seems most likely.

A same-day phone statement can resolve urgent uncertainty. Write down the office, time, and exact question. A written release or transfer entry remains the more durable record.

Route Warren Same-Day Releases

A same-day inquiry can touch several local courts. Vicksburg Municipal Court handles city misdemeanor and traffic matters. Warren Justice Court handles misdemeanors and felony preliminary proceedings. County Court maintains its own docket and hears municipal appeals, while Circuit Court handles felony prosecution. The arresting agency and case number point to the right clerk.

A court order explains why release was authorized. It may show bond, dismissal, time served, sentencing, or another action. It does not necessarily prove when bail was posted or when the person crossed the facility door. Join the order to the sheriff or VPD exit record. If the order resolves only one charge, ask whether another case, warrant, or detainer kept custody in place.

For Warren Circuit and County Court, electronic MEC files began on November 15, 2021. Eligible newer filings may appear through PAMEC, while older, sealed, restricted, or unavailable items require clerk help. PAMEC public registration has an annual fee, but a search result still must be read through the actual filed order.

Follow Warren Release Transfers

If the sheriff reports MDOC transfer, search by MDOC number or name and compare the entry date, location, sentence, county of conviction, and Tentative Release Date. That state date is revisable. It is not the time the person left Warren County Jail. Request the local transfer entry for that event.

If the person later appears in the MDOC parolee search, the result supports a community-supervision trail. ERS also occurs in the community, but the MDOC handbook says inmate status and jurisdiction continue. Neither status should be called full discharge without the discharge record.

Federal routes differ. BOP results concern federal prison and may show a past release date or “RELEASED.” ICE ODLS concerns immigration custody. USMS pretrial custody uses the federal docket and agency route. A local exit connected to any of these systems still needs the Warren transfer record.

Preserve Warren Daily Release Proof

Keep the written release or transfer entry with the court order and any notification. Record when each source was accessed. A dynamic status can change after transfer, return to custody, or correction, while a dated agency record preserves the event that answered the same-day question.

If staff gives an immediate phone answer, note the office, time, identifier used, and whether the answer meant community release or transfer. Follow with a narrow written request when durable proof is needed. Do not publish an unlabeled date or assume “not there” means released.

For a VPD arrest, keep the official PDF only as the lead document. Add the city booking record and court bond or disposition order. For a sheriff booking, keep the jail-docket entry. For an MDOC transfer, add the state number and entry record. This source chain preserves scope and reduces wrong-person matches.
